Introduction - Mở Đường Thánh Giá

· In the beginning God created man to be free as son of God and master of nature. Unfortunately man used his free will to betray God’s plan and thus became burdensome to himself. However God still loves man and let man know that He will definitely save him. “Here is the Man”, the Savior of the world, a world of mortal man, a world to be saved by His power as a true God, Who raised up the crippled, the paralyzed and the dead. That’s why the God-Man Jesus tries to stand up and walk after the second falling down to the ground under a very heavy cross.

Không gắng sức được nữa, Chúa Giêsu chập choạng như vấp phải chướng ngại vật nên ngã qụi hai đầu gối xuống đất. Ông Simong vội đỡ lấy thân cây thập giá cho nó khỏi đè xuống mình Chúa Giêsu. Tên lính cầm búa quát tháo: "Đứng lên, đi không bao xa mà cứ ngã lên ngã xuống hoài vậy". Tên lính kia lấy giáo hất Chúa Giêsu lên: "Đã có người đỡ thập giá cho mà cũng không xong. Người gì mà yếu hơn cả ốc sên"

Reflection - Nghiệm Đường Thánh Giá

· Jesus, You are Christ, the Son of God. In the fullness of time You came into the world in flesh to testify to the truth that You were sent by God, Who really loves us human creature and wants to communicate His Divine Life to us through Your Incarnation, Passion and Resurrection. As the Way, Your humanity is to embrace the cross with Your arms, as the Truth, Your Messianic mission is to fulfill Your Father’s saving plan, and as the Life, Your Spirit is to transform human weakness into divine power. On the contrary, in our daily Christian life, a life is to be died, buried and raised with You through the Church’s Baptism, we disciples and witnesses of Yours not only are afraid of our worldly failures, but also push You down under our earthly idols and also under our ignoring or avoiding Your sacrament of reconciliation!

Nam (PK1): Bỏ Ngài con biết theo ai, đời lộng gió cánh chim ngàn khơi. Bỏ Ngài con biết theo ai, thuyền buông lái biết trôi về đâu. Bỏ Ngài con biết theo ai, bên đồi kia tương lai khuất mờ. Bước đi không Ngài, đời con buồn tênh.

Nữ (PK2+3): Ngài ơi sao bỏ rơi con để sầu héo tháng năm ngẩn ngơ? Ngoài kia đời vẫn xanh mơ, mặc con chết hắt hiu hồn mơ. Ngài ơi dạy bảo con đi, giữ gìn con trong chân lý Ngài. Bước đi theo Ngài đời con bình an.

Chung (ĐK):ï Bỏ Ngài con đi với ai, vì Ngài có Lời ban sự sống. Bỏ Ngài thân con héo hon, đời cô liêu trên chốn dương gian. Bỏ Ngài con đi với ai, đường xa tắp tương lai mịt mờ, nào ai dẫn con trên đường dài. Bỏ Ngài con đi với ai?

Lạy Chúa Giêsu là Đường, là Sự Thật và là Sự Sống, xin cho Kitô-hữu chúng con là môn đệ của Chúa biết bỏ mình đi, vác thập giá mình mà theo Chúa.

Our Jesus, You are the Way, the Truth and the Life, help us Christian, Your disciples, deny ourselves, take up the cross and follow You.

Introduction - Mở Đường Thánh Giá

· In the beginning God created man to inherit the eternal life. Unfortunately man used his free will to betray God’s plan through enjoyment of his own dream and effort in becoming like a god. However God still loves man and let man know that He will definitely save him. “Here is the Man”, the Savior of the world as God promised. This Man knows where He comes from and where He is going better than anybody. He has only dream is to fulfill His Father’s will. That’s why He willingly accepted and totally tolerated everything even the worst evil for the salvation of His fellow human being, concretely of those women who was weeping over Him!

Trong đám đông dân chúng, có một số phụ nữ vừa đi theo Chúa Giêsu vừa khóc lóc cảm thương Chúa. Chúa Giêsu đã đứng lại quay nhìn họ mà nói: "Các ngươi đừng có khóc thương Ta, cho bằng hãy khóc thương chính bản thân các ngươi cùng con cháu của các ngươi". Một bà đứng bên các phụ nữ khóc lóc nghe thấy Chúa nói vậy liền châm biếm: "Xấu hổ chưa, hắn có cần thương hại đâu mà cũng khóc lóc cơ chứ"

· Jesus, You are Christ, the Son of God. As the Way, Your humanity is to accept all human feelings toward Yourself, as the Truth, Your Messianic mission is to fulfill Your Father’s saving plan, and as the Life, Your Spirit is to transform human sadness into heavenly peace. On the contrary, in our daily Christian life, a life is to be died, buried and raised with You through the Church’s Baptism, we disciples and witnesses of Yours not only are afraid of isolation and abandon due to Your cause, but also ignore Your spiritual support through our own worldly comfort!

Nam (PK1): Giọt nước mắt nào chảy trên gò má, giọt nước mắt nào thống hối ăn năn, giọt nước mắt nào gục đầu bên Chúa, giọt nước mắt nào một kiếp than van.

Nữ (PK2): Đời những lỡ lầm, này con tìm đến, tìm đến với Ngài, khóc lóc van xin, tội lỗi ứ tràn, một lần thống hối. Ôi Chúa nhân hiền, từ ái bao la.

Chung (ĐK): Xin tha thứ Chúa ơi cuộc đời tội lỗi. Xin tha thứ Chúa ơi trọn đời ăn năn.
